TAYLOR AZ REAL ESTATE

Taylor is a tight-knit community that offers lots of space to residents. It was founded by Mormon settlers in January of 1878, slightly before the neighboring town of Snowflake. If searching for a safe and secure place to raise a family, Taylor is a wonderful option. Although it is small in size (4,112 people) it offers all of the necessities by having two pharmacies and grocery stores, along with several restaurants and a municipal airport. Taylor is located north of Show Low and south of Snowflake and provides milder winter temperatures compared to the southern cities of Show Low and Pinetop-Lakeside. Throughout the year the Town of Taylor has several different festivals. For the 4th of July they hold festivities including a popular rodeo in their spacious rodeo grounds. During Labor Day weekend they hold the “Sweet Corn Festival” which celebrates the corn harvest which many local farms produce. This festival includes an Arts and Crafts Fair as well as a parade. Taylor belongs to the Snowflake Unified School District and the two towns share a junior high and high school. Taylor is the perfect community to live a laid back country lifestyle and yet still be provided the necessities of life.
